Jeremy Kuepfer, Boshart Group CEO, and his team are excited to announce that as part of the evolution of their corporate vision they will be changing their name to SpringTide Holdings and launching new branding on January 1, 2023.

This change reflects a refreshed identity and strategic focus for the group and signifies a multi-generational commitment to a thriving global water and wastewater industry. SpringTide Holdings is proud to be an investor in Boshart Industries, Flomatic Corporation, Rideau Supply, J.D. Pump Distributors, and Simmons Manufacturing. They are also supporters of the major Associations that advocate for this amazing industry and its partners.
